What is a tincture:

Herbal tinctures are an alcohol and water based preparation.

This tincture has been percolated in 45% alcohol and is 1:3 to capture all the beneficial phytochemicals and herbal constituents. It is a 1:3 preparation.

Suggested use:

1-2ml up to 3 times per day either on its own or in a little water or as directed by a herbalist
