Thymus vulgaris or thyme tincture, has a very long history of traditional use in herbalism. These days herbalists use thyme for respiratory issues such as colds, coughs, bronchitis, asthma, catarrh and throat infections. An antispasmodic and carminative it will also ease the digestive system with regard to excess gas, bloating and indigestion.

What is a tincture:
Herbal tinctures are an alcohol and water based preparation. This tincture has been warm percolated at 50°C in 45% alcohol at 1:3 to capture all the beneficial phytochemicals and herbal constituents.
Suggested use:
2-5ml up to 3 times per day either on its own or in a little water or as directed by a herbalist.
